began an internship as a Geotech with an independent Exploration and Production company in Amarillo in 2011, just as she began working on her undergraduate degree in Geology from West Texas A&M University. She has 14 years of experience mapping the Anadarko Basin & shelf, seeing projects through from prospect to production.

Taylor established her consulting business in September of 2025 and was accepted into Texas A&M’s Masters of Geosciences GIST program December 2025.

When she’s not at the office combing through data or making cross sections on Petra, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys.
